What started like a wish or dream many years ago in one of the quietest villages in Rivers state has become a reality for the man Peter Odili and his family.
One minute you would think Odili, a former governor of oil-rich Rivers state would soon be arrested by the EFCC and his perpetual injunction vacated, but the next day Odili is all out winning and celebrating big wins in his family. The man is indeed a lucky fellow.
Governor Nyesom Wike has sworn in Chinelo Chidubem Odili, a daughter of Peter and Justice Mary Odili as a High Court Judge.
The younger Odili was sworn in alongside three other judges including, Popnen Sylvester Sunday, Daketima Gabriel Kio and Nsirim Chinwe Amanda.
Before their elevation, Justice Popnen S.Sunday and Justice Daketima G. Kio were both private legal practitioners, while Justices Nsirim and Chinelo C. Odili were Chief Magistrates.
