The terrible incident occurred at Oghara area of the state.
It happened two days after the Rapid Response Squad arrested a suspected big Yahoo boy, identified as Emmanuel, in Warri with charms and multiple email accounts, some of which belong to white people.
The Nation gathered that Eguono, whose head was cut and vital parts removed, was killed near Okwemeva junction, off Scot Road, an area where ritual murders had occurred in the last few weeks.
Police Commissioner Muhammad Mustafa said: “The DPO actually called me. But they said the girl was mentally-deranged. The DPO has begun investigation into the incident.”
A source said the suspected Internet fraudster was nabbed with a car containing charms. He added that it was discovered that he had suspicious email accounts, some of which bore foreign names and pictures of white men.
