In the photo which is trending on social media, some women are seen lying on the ground under a tree while receiving drips.
The photo was shared by Saratu Ibrahim who revealed that the pubic health centre is at Gade Local Government Area in Sokoto State.
She wrote: ''The PHC at Kaffe Gada LGA,Sokoto state is being upgraded. Take a look at patients receiving treatments under trees.
"What a situation in Nigeria. This is really sad and demoralizing. Bash can u see how the innocent are been treated with the hope if Buhari comes we will not see this''.
