The sad incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday.
The man identified as Otowa Obiebi also had his p*nis cut out by the suspected money ritualists. There was no official reaction from the police as at the time of reporting.
I wonder the kind of desperation pushing some people into this barbaric act. Sigh!
