Driver lies down to beg FRSC officer after breaking traffic rule in Abuja

A taxi driver who violated traffic regulations in FCT Abuja was pictured pleading with the Sector Commander of FRSC in Abuja, Mr Sunday Oghenekaro, at Berger junction area of the city.
