Imagine an Okada rider with 4 school children on his bike on motion and he's using one hand to be answering phone call. This was captured at Eleyeile express road, Ibadan. Just too risky.
The parents should just look for Keke that will be taking their kids to school. That is still a bit safer.
God saves, but parents should exercise maximum parental care towards the safety of their children
