Godknows Igali from Bayelsa State and whoever was involved with him used Billions that should have been used to pay the families of dead PHCN workers, to buy exotic SUVs for the campaign of Goodluck Jonathan in 2015.

All the expensive vehicles later returned to his mansion in Abuja, but they were allegedly exposed by a good Nigerian who went to his house to work.
