Confusion In Abia | Two Governors...Ekpeazu and Ogah

The Independent National Electoral Commission has issued a Certificate of Return to Uche Ogah as the new Governor of Abia State as directed by the court. But the ousted governor Okezie Ikpeazu is still claiming the seat of governor. Ogah said he's going to take over straight away, but Ikpeazu said no way.

In fact, Ikpeazu has hurriedly obtained a court order stopping Ogar. Details below...



Who is now the governor? Ikpeazu with restraining order or Ogah with Certificate of Return? #politics

    Order of injunction supersede the INEC certificate of return, as it is Ikpeazu remain the Governor.
