Sadly, APC Was Unprepared For Governance – SR's Omoyele

No matter how much you love and support President Muhammadu Buhari, you can't help but see the obvious signs of incompetence and lack of cohesion and coordination of the APC government he leads.

Many of us had thought that those appointed into offices in a government of CHANGE will spend more time to crack their heads and make life more comfortable for Nigerians in the shortest possible time.
Question: What is your assessment of the Buhari administration in one year and your view about the ruling All Progressives Congress?
Omoyele Sowore: I was at President Buhari’s inauguration in May 2015. As we left the parade ground I was shocked at the level of unpreparedness of his government. I could tell you for sure that they all went back to bed hoping that someone else was in charge of Nigeria. The All Progressives Congress political party that is in power is the number 4th faction of the highly fragment People’s Democratic Party.
In a nutshell, the regime is highly disorganised and reeks of incompetence. Unfortunately, they still enjoy some goodwill from Nigerians.

  10. To reconstruct a building takes more time, effort and money compared to repairs in a building.

  13. I disagree with Omoyele.i can relate with unpreparedness in full scale, but incompetency isn't the right word.frankly,i do not expect them to be fully prepared, except if they were already in the system before coming to full power.if they were,we won't be hearing everyday high-level discovery of ROT in the system.if they were, they would probably have solved all nigeria's problems, before they got to power, they could only imagine and examine signs.now, they know exactly what they are dealing with. The simple analogy is,they are now in power, now they know wassup, and they have to fix it.more importantly, our prayers are needed, like it or not.

It takes months to re-construct a building that collapse within 60 seconds, so also is the rebuilding of already damaged economy, where treasury was a national cake among the few privileged individuals. PMB God is your strength is not an easy tasks.
