At a time when the latest petrol tanker explosion tragedy that took some lives and destroyed over 50 vehicles in Lagos is still fresh, some Nigerians were filmed today struggling to scoop fuel from a broken down fuel tanker in Kogi state.

The fuel laden tanker broke down somewhere in Irapana community in Kogi and residents ran for their buckets and kegs to scoop fuel, not minding that an explosion could occur at anytime. More photos...
