There was a reported case of explosions at Dalori Quarters in Maiduguri, Borno state. This was disclosed in a terse text message by the Head of Information, National Emergency Management Agency NEMA in Abuja, Sani Datti to the media.
It reads, “Our Search and Rescue officers are already on their way to the scene; details later.”
