National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has opened up on the news making the rounds that he is planning to start another party following the disunity in the APC.

"I have devoted my political life to achieving what has been achieved. My heart is too much of the people and my mind too fixed on establishing a positive historic legacy… rather than engage in destructive pettiness,” he wrote.
He further highlighted that, "this government, APC, is for the betterment of the people and the national purpose is bigger and more important than any individual’s desires."There are rumours that some aggrieved APC chieftains are planning with other top politicians to float a mega party following the discord that has engulfed the ruling party.
Tinubu said he will remain true to the progressive ideals that fueled the creation of APC.
