Speaker House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara is conspicuously missing from the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC), being the highest ranking member of the party in the legislature with the defection of Senate President, Bukola Saraki to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
This is as the national leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu made a surprise appearance even though he is constitutionally not a statutory member of this decision-making organ of the party.
