  14. I will appreciate a good, effective, efficient and well trusted medical facilities in Nigeria so that our leaders don't have to go overseas for treatment. Don't fool yourself about the false and claim of better health delivery system in the overaeas care.
Your people can do better when supported and encourage.

  17. Any nation whose police is corrupt to the level the Nigerian police is, at this time, has stalled beyond recovery.
The only thing that can safe this country at this time is to ban (desolve) the Nigerian police and contract policing to a foreign country that has the capability to police the Nigerian state.
Allow them to do the job unadulterated for five years after which they will start to recruit young fresh Nigerians that they will train and work alongside with them for another five years before they will finally disengage.
    Thanks
