  3. Forget that thing FRSC are all local thieves,even if you have all that and ur papers are correct and your car is even knew they must look for smfin out of the ordinary to charge you unnecessary bbcos u must pay for something..
    Come to Edo State,they thieves,they always on sapele road stopping innocent guys on the road and collecting money from them but if you are rude to them, they we just let you go bcos they feel you are bad market..

    When I was growing up I use to think they are better than police and they dnt take bribe, all that is just fairy tale,they are worse than police. They are all bunch of thieves in uniform...
