Why should a state that used to receive one of the highest monthly allocations in Billions be suffering over bad roads like this? Sources say most of the roads in Delta State capital, Asaba have no drainage and anytime it rains, many roads are like swimming pool. If true, this is not good at all.
Common the state government should fix dis road, he should knw dis is one of his primary function
