SERIOUSLY? Why Are Some Christians Behaving So Badly

It is common knowledge that Muslim women wear hijab due to their religious tenets. Their women are not allowed to dress in what will make their curves obvious. But we Christians have no such.
Now the Muslims in Osun State went to court to get an order allowing them to wear hijab to school and the Judge granted the order. What did my fellow Christians do? They asked their children to wear Choir Robes and White Garment church gown to school. All in the name of competition...

If Muslims cover head with hijab, we will also wear choir robe? When did Christians start behaving so badly? How many Christians are in choir? How many are attending white garment? So what will the rest Christians wear? Their grand father Masquerade dress? A true Christian shouldn't get involved in this.

  7. I wonder oo. The Muslims hijab is prescribed in the Muslim's holy book because Islam feels their women are sacred. Where in the bible are christians told to wear their robe everywhere if not for church activities or festivities.

  13. Olufamous, you get it wrong this time around. It's time to put a stop to this religious matter once for all. There is School Uniform for any institution, especially up to secondary School level, and it's mandatory for every student to abide with it as long as he/she is interested to remain a student of that School. Religion should not be brought into it at all. Some Muslim leaders just want to create crisis. It's unfortunate that our Judiciary has joined the fray by giving political/religious judgement. Let there be decorum in all our institutions. Any that can't abide should leave and go to where his/her mode of dressing is allowed. Government should take a definite stand on this matter. Enough is Enough.

  14. Olu this is gud.....if the court could grant them the order the christian shoud b see sble to do similar becos in school we expect every student to put on same uniform's....no nothing to differentiate anybody so differentiation is like given them the opportunity to to discriminate

  16. Hijab is Arab mode of dressing,it has nothing to do in school environment. I support the Christian style, and let the adherent of African religion, put on their traditional wears.

  18. Mr Olu I don't think its right to refer to the Christians as stupid in as much as you detest their actions but this IS 2016 and if a Muslim wants to abide by their religion mode of dressing please they should go to their Muslim schools. The schools are everywhere. You don't see Christians going to Muslim schools and asking for certain rules. Muslims have been bringing too many problems lately. Religion of peace indeed!

  19. Imitating the Muslims is not the answer rather let everyman follow his or her heartand let God direct us all.

  20. The Muslims mode of dressing for both sexes is prescribed in their religious books and every dic nd Harry is allowed to practice his or her religion in the country. So therefore, other religions are free to present their evidence based from their scriptures the way they are expected to dress. Also note that Muslims dresses are about morality.

  22. Boko Haram has started again. They say the meaning is western education forbidden. In school environment as elementary and secondary, all students are expected to be in uniform. If the Muslims want to wear hijab let them go to Muslim schools where that can be allowed without protest; and if Christians want to wear church robes let them go to missionary schools. Why are we trying to use our office to turn our state to a religious one by style? May God save Nigeria. We indeed need prayers
