#Olu,can you see?
May their Soul rest in Peace, Is a shame how life of people are not valued in this country, All the boat operators that don't comply with the Basis PPE (personal protective equipment) needed on the water ways should have their licence revoked.
ReplyDeleteIts a standard that PFD (personal floating device) be worn while doing a boat transfer. The largos state should establish a body that monitor all this thing at the Jetty, Briefing should be given to passenger on the boat they are entering and all they need to do during emergency. I hope and pray someone will do something about this, cos the water ways is still the safest ways of travelling.
RIP to the departed soul.
You just said it all
