Mad Woman In Aba Is Giving Out "Lucky" Betting Numbers... and People Are Rushing

I remember while I was growing up in Port Harcourt, that was how people used to go to a mad man to help them solve "difficult" Maths questions and they say his answers were correct. Now this one.

The woman sitting and backing the camera is said to be mentally unstable. The people gathered around her are of the believe that she gives lucky numbers for betting games. Some people have testified that the numbers the woman gave them turned out to be winning numbers. 

The mad woman is now popular, people rush to her with their bets to help them pick lucky numbers. Sigh!
