IGP is right, the position of Speaker is vacant –PDP Youth

MR. IGP, KEEP THE COURSE
It will be self indictment for the same police officer who withdrew Aminu Tambuwal's security details to still acknowledge him as a speaker, Tambuwal is no longer the speaker that is the position of the law, the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria is very clear on this matter, section 68 states it clear, the very day you decamp you lost not just your portfolio but your seat ‎as an elected member of Rep or Senate.

Secondly speakership of the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives is still very in contest and we assumed the position is vacant therefore we don't have speaker for now and it would have amount to bias for IGP to address Aminu Tambuwal as a speaker knowing-fully well the position of law regarding this very matter.

The APC only making case out of nothing, we call on those sponsoring media war against IGP to know that the duty of police is to maintain law and orderliness and enforcement of law, therefore Police Neutrality is obvious.

We commend the IGP for his prompt reaction...
By his stoic insistence on enforcing the laws in the face of misguided slurs and aspersions on his person, particularly Constitutional provisions regarding vacation from office by elected public office holders, the Inspector General of Police, Mr. Sulaiman Abba, is sure carving a niche for himself as a stickler for the rule of law.

Indeed the ex-Speaker of the House of Reps, Mr. Aminu Tambuwal, in keeping with express provisions of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic, vacated his seat in the House of Representatives the moment he defected from the political party via which he gained election into the HOR for another.

For once, we find ourselves wholly backing and endorsing the actions of the sitting Inspector General of the Nigeria Police.

Mr. IGP, keep the course!
