The two officers named Ikuesan Taiwo and Abass Ibrahim were seen flogging a lady, Tola Azeez who had tendered that she was running errands for drugs and food supplies amidst the lockdown in the state.
In a statement released by the Force Public Relations Department on twitter, the two officers have been dismissed and would be arraigned for persecution for their unprofessional conduct.
